Quix is little bookmarklet that does a lot with simple commands. Think of it as what command prompt does for windows.
You visit a website you like to tweet about, simply click Quix bookmarklet and type tn. It takes you to the twitter page and everything already typed for you including page title and URL. This is not the only thing it does. Should you want to bookmark current page in Google Bookmarks, just type gb and it does the rest for you.
